Welcome to The Goblins’ Den! By placing an order through our website (shop.goblinsden.xyz), you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Orders & Fulfillment

  • Many items are made-to-order. Please allow 3–7 business days for production before shipping.
  • If an item includes limited-time features (e.g., commemorative engravings), cutoff dates will be clearly listed on the product page.
  • If you choose local pickup in Orlando or at an event, you are responsible for showing up at the designated location and time. Missed pickups may result in shipping charges.

2. Returns & Exchanges

  • Due to the handmade and limited nature of our products, all sales are final unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.
  • If your item is damaged in transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue.

3. Shipping

  • We only provide flat rate and free shipping in the United States.
  • We are not responsible for carrier delays, customs issues, or incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
  • If you are in another countryΒ  and would like to place and order, please use the Add to quote option to add the items your are interested in to a Quote. When ready, access the Request Quote page to contact with your desired order. We will calculate total shipping and cost for you and invoice you manually.

4. Intellectual Property

  • All original designs, artwork, and branding are the property of The Goblins’ Den and may not be reproduced or resold without permission.
  • Any item we sell that incorporates another artists design, artwork, or branding is produced with that artists permission.

5. Event Pickup Disclaimer

  • By choosing event pickup, you agree to arrive at the specified location during the agreed window.
  • Failure to do so may require additional shipping costs to complete your order.
